Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI models integrating quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps for next-gen machine learning infrastructure.
- Optimize algorithms for edge computing environments and massive data throughput.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or hybrid cloud systems (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and MLOps.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams.
