Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI and quantum computing solutions designed for enterprise scalability.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and strategic initiatives to align with our 2026 vision.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing engineering team focused on technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs.
- Ensure system security, fault tolerance, and high availability across hybrid cloud environments.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms and quantum computing frameworks.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML or Quantum computing initiatives.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and high-performance computing architectures.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing large, cross-functional engineering teams.
