Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research, with a proven track record in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Proven history of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, Transformers, and Large Language Models.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
