Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure designed to handle the demands of 2026 and beyond, including Large Language Models and Autonomous Agents.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex market trends and technological advancements into actionable technical roadmaps and product strategies for the executive board.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, ethical AI development, and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in neural architecture search and reinforcement learning to maintain our competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and engineering departments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring our systems adhere to global standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within the AI/ML sector.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product vision and driving technical strategy from concept to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate the complexities of cutting-edge technology.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
