Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure on cloud-native environments.
- Lead research initiatives into cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core products seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and MLOps practices.
