Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures, including LLMs, Agentic workflows, and Quantum-Ready algorithms.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision for the company, translating business goals into actionable technical milestones for 2026.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive buy-in.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve on emerging paradigms.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into strategic technical advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
