Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling exascale computations and real-time data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models and autonomous agent workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve overall system throughput for high-volume applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance to ensure reliability.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical standards for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale models into production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred.
