Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, decentralized AI systems integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with smart contracts.
- Lead the design of secure, scalable backend infrastructure using Rust, Python, and Go.
- Mentor a cross-functional team of frontend and backend developers to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference times and reduce latency in decentralized environments.
- Establish best practices for security, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and Blockchain/Web3.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++ with experience deploying models to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
- Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and shipping complex products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
