Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our upcoming major product releases, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Prototype & Innovate: Hands-on involvement in building high-fidelity prototypes for emerging technologies, including AI integration and quantum-ready architectures.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and technical ownership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business goals into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to cloud-native environments, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and maximum system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with distributed systems and microservices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and anticipate technological shifts relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
