Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation AI and data processing loads.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Computing interfaces) to determine feasibility and integration points.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols that meet future regulatory standards and protect user data in a decentralized web environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-scale tech environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP); experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of planning multi-year technical roadmaps and delivering on long-term strategic initiatives.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning frameworks to integrate predictive models into core systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
