Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with long-term business objectives and market predictions.
- Architect enterprise-grade solutions that integrate Artificial Intelligence, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready protocols.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and feasibility studies to ensure our 2026 vision remains achievable and secure.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to prioritize R&D initiatives that will define our competitive advantage in 2026.
- Establish best practices for predictive maintenance and automated scaling systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep expertise in Future Tech stacks, including AI/ML integration, distributed ledger technologies, or next-gen cloud architectures.
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and cybersecurity standards for emerging technologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in creating and managing detailed technical roadmaps spanning 3+ years.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
