- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical blueprints.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking problem solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate future trends and design systems that remain viable for a 5-year horizon.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical executives and technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
