Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical architecture for the '2026' product suite, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Lead a high-performing team of senior engineers, providing mentorship and architectural guidance.
- Translate high-level business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable technical blueprints.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Science.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and adherence to industry best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural bottlenecks early in the development process.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-traffic technical projects from conception to launch.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and data engineering principles.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
