- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum-ready interfaces, Green Tech) into core business processes.
- System Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable, secure, and future-proof systems that can withstand the rapid evolution of technology.
- R&D Leadership: Manage a team of futurists and engineers to prototype concepts that will become industry standards in the coming years.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future technologies into clear strategic value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Partnership Building: Establish partnerships with academic institutions, tech startups, and think tanks focused on the next generation of innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Product Strategy with a focus on long-term impact.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and predicting technological shifts.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and the architectural requirements of AI and machine learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is highly preferred.
