Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead a high-performing team of architects and engineers to design microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all global deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI integration and predictive modeling is a plus.
