Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product launch, aligning engineering output with visionary business goals.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and DevOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and the ability to guide teams in implementing these technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
