Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies into core systems.
- Oversee system performance monitoring and optimization to ensure zero downtime.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Expert knowledge in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
