Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement high-level system architectures for complex AI and machine learning platforms, anticipating future scalability needs.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing integration, Edge AI) to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, reviewing code and architecture to ensure best practices and security standards.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale data pipelines and model training infrastructure to ensure low-latency performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Establish robust deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows for rapid iteration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the AI, Machine Learning, or FinTech sectors.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering talent.
