Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product managers to drive delivery excellence.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Integrate advanced AI/ML models into core product workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure long-term system stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience implementing secure, scalable APIs and microservices.
- Strong experience with data modeling, database management (SQL & NoSQL), and caching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
