Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the technical architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the engineering team in the design and implementation of microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and AI integration for the platform.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through large-scale product launches.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
