Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Design and maintain the technical vision for the '2026 Initiative', ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Emerging Technology Research: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability to our core products.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that can support future growth and massive user adoption.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify technical debt and architectural risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them before they impact production.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience researching and implementing next-generation technologies, specifically in AI integration or blockchain scalability.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
