Responsibilities
- Perform advanced chairside assistance during complex restorative and surgical procedures
- Manage digital radiography, impressions, and CAD/CAM workflows
- Lead infection control protocols and sterilization processes
- Mentor junior assistants and optimize clinical workflows
- Coordinate patient education and treatment planning discussions
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Support front desk coordination during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minnesota Dental Assistant certification required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Advanced knowledge of digital dentistry tools (X-rays, scanners)
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Proven leadership or training experience
- Exceptional communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and HIPAA compliance expertise
