Responsibilities
- Assist in complex dental procedures including implants, veneers, and orthodontics
- Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Train junior staff on advanced techniques
- Coordinate patient flow and case documentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of dental supplies
- Implement infection control best practices
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required
- Minimum 3 years experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Proficiency with Dexis, Eaglesoft, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
