Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Advanced digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Sterilization management and OSHA compliance oversight
- Efficient patient flow coordination and appointment management
- Treatment plan documentation and insurance coordination
- Lab case preparation and crown/bridge cementation
- New staff training and protocol implementation
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Dental Assistant certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification and radiology license
- Mastery of digital imaging systems (Dexis, Schick)
- Exceptional chairside efficiency and communication skills
- Experience with Eaglesoft and Dentrix software
- Strong attention to detail and infection control expertise
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume practice
