Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Manage patient flow and optimize clinical efficiency
- Advanced radiography and digital imaging
- Inventory management and ordering systems
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Implement infection control protocols
- Assist with treatment planning coordination
- Manage digital charting and practice software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- DALEDA or DANB certification required
- Advanced knowledge of dental radiography
- Experience with digital imaging systems (E.g., Dexis, Carestream)
- Strong patient communication skills
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proven leadership or mentorship experience
