Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring high availability and security.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and drive best practices in software development and deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AI integration and edge computing.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot critical issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and large-scale data processing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
