Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, future-proof distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data loads.
- Lead the transition of legacy infrastructure to next-generation protocols, ensuring 100% backward compatibility and zero downtime.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quantum-resistant encryption standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven predictive models into core system architecture.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle, aligning with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in high-performance languages such as Rust, Python, and Go.
- Proven experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Understanding of quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography algorithms.
