Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of high-performance systems for the "The 2026 Initiative."
- Define technical standards and best practices for future-proof software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies (Quantum, Neural Networks, IoT) and evaluate their viability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
