- Represent Horizon at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit) and publish whitepapers on future tech trends
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases and ROI projections
- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics with 50+ citations
- Track record of launching products that defined new tech categories
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE, and global innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and future trend forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or government grants
