In this pivotal role, you will define the architectural vision and strategic roadmap for the technologies that will define our organization in the year 2026 and beyond.
You will act as the bridge between abstract futuristic concepts and executable technical strategies. We need a leader who can anticipate industry shifts, evaluate emerging tech stacks, and drive the innovation required to stay ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Emergent Tech Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives into cutting-edge areas such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Architecture Strategy: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures capable of supporting next-generation digital products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluation & Selection: Assess and select the best technological solutions to ensure security, efficiency, and future-proofing.
- Innovation Advocacy: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Strategic Foresight: Proven ability to anticipate technological shifts and plan for future scalability.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern web technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
