Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology landscape
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists
- Integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Global network of innovators and academic collaborators
