Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and R&D teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks using AI and big data tools
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and coordinate cross-functional innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Trend Hunter)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategy
- Strong public speaking skills with executive audience experience
