Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Vision Strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to simulate future business environments and risk-mitigation strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational goals with long-term future-state projections
- Conduct cutting-edge research in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation incubation programs for 2026-era opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-casting roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF preferred)
