Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology vision for the company's evolution through 2026, identifying key AI breakthroughs and integration points.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems that can handle complex, real-time data processing.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives, exploring novel algorithms and machine learning models to solve unsolved problems.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
