Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-generation UI/UX patterns for AI-driven applications, focusing on conversational interfaces and predictive systems.
- Collaborate with quantum engineering teams to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Define and enforce design systems that scale across global platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
- Lead user research initiatives to understand the emotional and cognitive impact of emerging technologies.
- Oversee the ethical implications of AI design, ensuring transparency and inclusivity in every interaction.
- Predict and adapt to emerging trends in AR/VR and spatial computing.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or predictive interfaces.
- Proven track record of leading design teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of user psychology and behavioral economics as applied to digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and prototyping software (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Experience with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
