Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI strategy with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Large Language Models) and evaluate their viability for production use.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Research to translate futuristic concepts into tangible products.
- Stay ahead of global tech trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML Architecture leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in fast-paced environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse technical teams.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
