Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with the C-suite to establish a clear technological vision and deliverables for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and prototype scalable AI architectures integrating quantum computing concepts with deep learning.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead internal R&D projects focused on AGI safety, synthetic data generation, and neuromorphic engineering.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships that align with the 2026 strategic objectives.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Author white papers and technical blogs to establish Nexus as a thought leader in the 2026 technology landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or systems architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and quantum algorithms. Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
