- Partner with C-suite to define innovation portfolios and capital allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to investors and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE) on future tech
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
