- Present futuristic scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Manage a team of futurists and innovation analysts while fostering cutting-edge research methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications positioning the company as a 2026 industry visionary
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or C-suite planning roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker in futurism/innovation forums
- Experience managing research teams and cross-functional innovation projects
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
