Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech convergence (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional task forces with MIT/Caltech research partners
- Author policy frameworks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Coordinate with UN agencies on climate simulation projects using next-gen supercomputing
- Design human augmentation protocols for extreme environment habitation
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and congressional tech summits
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Philosophy
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy at FAANG or space startups
- Published peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science on human-machine coevolution
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA classified projects
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented exponential tech roadmaps
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
