- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors

- Drive innovation culture through internal futurist training programs and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurism or technology publications
- Experience managing global research teams and stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., CFTR, CTA)
