Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging innovations
- Author thought leadership on future trends in top-tier publications
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Published author or recognized industry thought leader
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
