Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to navigate 2026 market volatility
- Author quarterly trend reports predicting societal shifts in work, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints integrating blockchain, metaverse, and sustainable tech
- Build and maintain relationships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Present future-shaping strategies at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor Gen Z innovators through our Horizon 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published author in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting) on exponential technologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and AI-powered trend analysis tools
- Keynote speaker at 3+ global innovation conferences (2020-2023)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 successful 2020-2025 trend predictions
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling from MIT Sloan
