- Author whitepapers on future societal and economic impacts of technological shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation portfolio effectiveness
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record translating future trends into business value
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future strategy implementations
