Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (climate tech, neuro interfaces, space commerce) to build 2026-2030 strategic scenarios
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive business models for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team with expertise in emerging technologies
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps for 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published author in leading foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
