In this role, you will define the neural pathways, ethical frameworks, and computational architectures that will define the industry standard for the mid-2020s and beyond. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable, real-world deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance generative AI models, including LLMs, Diffusion models, and Transformers.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and ethicists to drive technical excellence.
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring robust scalability, security, and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-grade code.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment in high-stakes environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of the curve in AI evolution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects or academic research initiatives.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
