Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of our quantum-ready neural networks.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms for large-scale machine learning models.
- Lead a team of 10+ engineers in researching and implementing 2026-ready infrastructure.
- Optimize existing models for future quantum hardware architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and product managers.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for AI engineering.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and generative AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in neural networks, deep learning, and stochastic processes.
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
