- High-Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency, throughput, and energy efficiency for complex neural networks running on hybrid hardware.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with our research division to prototype novel algorithms that leverage quantum entanglement for predictive modeling.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary quantum data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and familiarity with quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
