As a key member of our elite R&D division, you will define the technical roadmap for our quantum cloud platforms, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and deploy fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures capable of handling complex, multi-variable simulations for 2026+ commercial applications.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Integration: Oversee the integration of proprietary quantum algorithms into existing cloud ecosystems and legacy systems.
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term technical vision for quantum infrastructure, collaborating with C-suite executives to align product development with business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure the scalability and efficiency of quantum processors, minimizing error rates and maximizing computational throughput.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive quantum data and intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in high-performance computing (HPC), systems architecture, or quantum hardware development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and strong expertise in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think abstractly and solve problems at the intersection of physics and software engineering.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
