Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and articulate a comprehensive long-term technology strategy that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Translate high-level concepts into actionable, detailed roadmaps for engineering and product teams.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Oversee the selection and implementation of scalable technologies that will remain relevant through 2030.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Readiness) and assess their viability for integration into our core products.
- Mentor Leadership: Cultivate a culture of innovation and strategic thinking within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mastery: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or senior product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Visionary Outlook: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and define roadmaps for the next 5-10 years.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Computing, and Enterprise Architecture; experience with blockchain or quantum computing is a plus.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives and board members.
- Problem Solver: Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity and driving decision-making in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
